I have forgotten to mention that we have all been assigned to lead a warm up. We all got in pairs and each day a pair will lead a warm up. So far ones that we have done is a game called change (Did it today) Lead by Mark B and Charley H. You get given a scenario and you improvise it with the people you are in a scene with. Someone will shout change and you have to do the opposite of what you just said. It's a great way to get your mind working. Another game we played not long a go, that was lead by Emily S and Ash P, was great for us to learn more about our class mates. We had to put all of our lanyards in a box. We then all picked up a random one and had to act like that person and people had to guess who we were. So far these were the only two games that we haven't done before. The people that made us do Ninja are going to be redoing it. I'm paired up with Sienna P, and we will be doing ours not next Thursday but the one after. So what we focused on today was scene one of little woman. During the weekend I learnt all my lines for scene one. This really helped me out for today. Cast three went first, so it was good to see how they would play it out. During scene one the sisters are decorating the Christmas tree. Jo and Amy are having a bit of a sprawl. However Jo is excited because she just finished writing her play. Jo is showing Amy what she needs to do but Amy really isn't having it. Marmee ends up coming in with a letter from father. Aunt March ends up coming in showing the relationship with the sisters. I like how different the casts all do it. I mostly focus on the Amy's. I think that our scene went well with my cast. Kelly said she likes how 'touchy' we are. Because it shows that we are all sisters and close. I love the relationships with my cast. Were all quite close in real life so it helps. When Kelly was working on other scenes me and my cast read through the second scene.

Our warm up was lead by Freya and Emily H today. There game was where there has to be someone stood, sat and laid. It's an improvisation game where you get given a scene and have to act it out. You need to make sure that the levels are constantly changing. One scenario that we were given was that we were at the dentist, our opening line was, "It's okay I'll go next", and the ending line had to be, "That killed". We then went onto rehearsing. The first scene we did was scene 2. Only my cast did it for everyone. This was where they are doing the play. I really just want to learn my lines for this scene, especially as i need to focus hugely on my facial expressions. I definitely need to make it a lot more dramatic but that will come once I'm of script. We then went onto scene three, which is where they take the lunch to the Hummles. I didn't get to go through this but it's a simple scene to go through. We then went to scene 4. This is where Jo burns Megs hair off with the curling iron. It's another quick simple scene. Today went well. I overall just think that I need to try and get off script as fast as I can, so that I can focus on my actions and facial expressions. I ended up staying back till about 6, because Tamara and Alex from Film and TV asked if I could be an extra in their film since they didn't have enough people. It went well. I already have a character in their film so I'm excited to get them scenes filmed.

I came in at 9:30 today as I had to film some scenes for Bailey's film. It was super quick and easy. I enjoyed it. I feel like in the real world it normally would be like this so it was nice and enjoyable. Today was my favourite rehearsal so far. We had to go and rehearse in another random room since we came in early and didn't have the dance studio. We took in turns in casts to go through all the scenes that we have done this week. My cast went second and I felt like it went so well. I believe that we all understand our characters. I don't really know what to say to why it went so well, but it just did. There was energy and we all bounced off each other and we are constantly reacting with each other. Kelly gave each cast feedback afterwards. Ours was great. The one that made me super happy was when she said that she REALLY likes my Amy March. She said that I'm constantly reacting and showing the naughty childish side of her. She also said that our cast is on a different level. This did really help my confidence as I do feel quite anxious with Amy as she is out of my comfort zone. She also said that our show scene is a lot slicker, which felt great as I'm always so nervous to do it, and I never know why. Later on the Laurie's came in. Cats three get to go through a new scene, where Jo invites Laurie to their Gentleman's club. We didn't get to go through it, but I'm excited to go through it as it's a fun and easy scene. After lunch we all went to the dance studio to properly go through the ballroom scene. We rehearsed the dancing before but now were putting the dialogue in and properly setting it out into a space. I'm also in this scene even though I don't go to the ball. They'll be another bit on the stage where Amy, Beth and Marmee are sat at home. Amy is sad because she couldn't go to the ball. Beth takes her and dances with her to make her happy. It's a very cute scene between Marmee, Amy and Beth.

Today I came into college to film for Bailey's film. We all had a great day shooting. We filmed from 10-3. We filmed it on the football pitch in the Durham university gym. The only annoying thing was that it was raining all day and it was so freezing, and we had to be in shorts and a T-shirt. Apart from that it was a great shooting day. We got everything we needed to do, done. I know that we have one day left of shooting on Monday then that should be everything. I've not had the best times filming because it always ends up being unprepared, but so far I've had good shoots. My top two being Counter-punch and now Bailey's film, maybe Bailey's being my favourite.
